We will be doing a fun, laid back plant / mushroom Foraging walk through the forest and then rockhounding at a quarry for maine minerals like quartz, garnet, mica, and possibly amethyst.

This will take place in Stow, Maine which is the white mountains on the border of New Hampshire.

We will be going to Deer Hill Mineral collection site or nearby lord hill mineral collection site.

The two dates available currently are:

Sunday, July 12 from 2 pm to 5 pm

Sunday July 19th from 2 pm to 5 pm

Make sure to bring a bag / backpack for rocks, gloves and water/ snacks.
